He married Frances Moody 5 September 1604 in Moulton, Suffolk, England. Frances was born 11 October 1584 in Of Wood Ditton, Cambridge, England. Frances was the daughter of George Moody and Margaret Moody. Frances died 10 November 1650 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT, at 66 years of age.

3563 ii. Margaret Kilbourn was born in Wood Ditton, Cambridgeshire, England 1606/1607. Margaret died 1635 at 28 years of age. Her body was interred 10 January 1689. She married Richard Law 1635 in Wood Ditton, Cambridge, England.

3564 iii. Thomas Kilbourn was born in Wood Ditton, Cambridgeshir En 30 November 1609. He married twice. He married Elizabeth in Wood Ditton, Cambridge, Engl.

3565 iv. Thomas Kilbourn was born in Wood Ditton, Cambridge, England 30 November 1609.

3566 v. George Kilborne was born in Wood Ditton, Cambridge, England 12 February 1612. George died 14 October 1685 in Rowley, Essex, MA, at 73 years of age. His body was interred 13 January 1685. He married three times. He married Elizabeth. He married Elizabeth Darker in Wood Ditton, Cambridge, Engl. He married Mrs Elizabeth Kilbourne 10 January 1989.

3567 vi. George Kilbourn was born in Wood Ditton, Cambridge, England February 1612. George died 14 October 1685 at 73 years of age.

3568 vii. Elizabeth Kilbourn was born in Wood Ditton, Cambridgeshire, England 12 March 1614.

3569 viii. Lydia Kilbourn was born in Wood Ditton, Cambridgeshire, England 1615/1616. Lydia died 4 May 1676 in Windsor, Hartford, CT, at 59 years of age. She married Robert Hayward 1640 in Windsor, Hartford, Ct.

3570 ix. Mary Kilbourne was born in Wood Ditton, Cambridge, England 12 May 1619. Mary died 1697 in Farmington, Hartford, CT, at 78 years of age. Her body was interred 1697. She married Thomas Root.

3571 x. Frances Kilbourn was born in Wood Ditton, Cambridgeshire, England 4 September 1621. Frances died 1682/1683 in Stratford, CT, at 61 years of age. She married Thomas Ulford 1641 in Wood Ditton, Cambridge, England.
