He married Sarah Bronson in Wethersfield, Hartford, Connecticut. Sarah was born about 1629 in Of Wethersfield, Hartford, CT. Sarah was the daughter of John Brunson and Frances Hills. Sarah died 1711 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT, at 82 years of age.

2170 vi. Abraham Kilbourn was born about 1660.

2171 vii. Ebenezer Kilbourne was born in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT 1665. Ebenezer died 17 December 1711 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT, at 46 years of age. He married Grace Bulkley 20 September 1692 in Wethersfield, Hartford, Connecticut.

2172 viii. Sarah Kilbourne was born in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT about 1667. Sarah died after 1727. She married Joseph Crane 16 December 1684.

2173 ix. George Kilborn was born in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT 1668. George died 8 February 1741 in Weathersfield, Hartford, CT, at 72 years of age. He married Abigail Atwood 16 May 1689 in Wethersfield, Hartford, Conn.

2174 x. Mary Kilbourne was born in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT 1670. Mary died 27 August 1752 in Weathersfield, Hartford, CT, at 82 years of age. She married Samuel Butler 26 November 1696. Samuel was born 26 November 1665 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT. Samuel was the son of Samuel Butler and Elizabeth Olmsted. Samuel died 10 December 1711 at 46 years of age.

2175 xii. Abraham Kilbourne was born in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT 1675. Abraham died 9 March 1712 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT, at 36 years of age. He married twice. He married Sarah Goodrich Hayward. He married Sarah Goodrich 26 October 1699 in Wethersfield, Hartford, Connecticut.
