283. Mehitable "Kitty"⁷ Smith (Hosea⁸, John⁹, John¹⁰) was born in Charlotte, Washington, ME 1 February 1800. Mehitable died 1 June 1887 in Charlotte, Washington, ME, at 87 years of age.

She married William McGlauflin 16 November 1816 in Charlotte, Washington, ME. William was born June 1790 in Acworth, Sullivan, NH. William was the son of James MacLachlan and Mary Malone. William died 24 February 1871 in Charlotte, Washington, ME, at 80 years of age. (See William McGlauflin for the children resulting from this marriage.)
