He married Martha Eaton 5 November 1668 in Salisbury, Essex, Massachusetts. Martha was born 12 August 1648 in Salisbury, Essex, MA. Martha was the daughter of John Eaton and Martha Rowlandson. Martha died 19 April 1734 at 85 years of age.

3239 iv. Samuel Collins was born in Salisbury, Essex, MA 18 January 1676. He married Sarah White 16 March 1698 in Salisbury, Essex, MA.

3240 v. Anna Collins was born in MA 1 February 1679. She married twice. She married John Hadlock 22 August 1701. She married John Greeley 23 November 1708.

3241 vi. Benjamin Collins was born in Salisbury, Essex, MA 29 May 1681.

3242 vii. Ephraim Collins was born in Salisbury, Essex, MA 30 September 1683. He married twice. He married Esther Shortridge in Portsmouth, Rockingham, NH. He married Easter.
