He married twice. He married Patience. He married Hannah Howland 6 July 1661 in Swansea, Brstl, MA. Hannah was born 1640 in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA. Hannah was the daughter of John Howland and Elizabeth Tilley. Hannah died 1687 in Swansea, Bristol, MA, at 47 years of age.

2755 ii. Hannah Bosworth was born in Swansea, Bristol, MA 5 November 1663. Hannah died 1723 in Providence, Providence, RI, at 59 years of age. She married Nathaniel Jenks_or_Jenckes 4 November 1686 in Providence, Providence, Rhode Island.

2756 iii. Elizabeth Bosworth was born in Swansea, Bristol, MA 6 June 1665. Elizabeth died 31 July 1676 at 11 years of age. She married Peter Brackett.

2757 iv. Jonathan Bosworth was born in Swansea, Bristol, MA 24 December 1666. His body was interred 16 July 1676.

2758 v. David Bosworth was born in Swansea, Bristol, MA 15 September 1669. David died 12 June 1747 in Halifax, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, at 77 years of age. He married three times. He married Patience. He married Mercy Sturtevant 18 August 1698. He married Mercy Sturtevant 18 August 1698 in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA.

2759 vi. Davis Bosworth was born in Swansea, Bristol, MA 15 September 1670. He married Mercy Sturdevant.

+ 1653 vii. John Bosworth was born 6 April 1671.

2760 viii. Jabez Bosworth was born in Swansea, Bristol, MA 14 February 1673. Jabez died 21 September 1747 at 74 years of age. He married twice. He married Susanna. He married Susannah 1700.

2761 ix. Ichabod Bosworth was born in Swansea, Bristol, MA 18 March 1676. Ichabod died in Bellingham, MA. He married three times. He married Sarah Stacy. He married Mary. He married Mary 1711.

2762 x. Ichabod Bosworth was born in Swansea, Bristol, MA 18 March 1676. Ichabod died in Bellingham, MA.

2763 xi. Elizabeth Bosworth was born in Swansea, Bristol, MA 31 July 1676.

2764 xii. Son (Stillborn) Bosworth was born in Swansea, Bristol, MA 22 June 1678.

2765 xiii. Jonathan Bosworth was born in MA 22 September 1680. Jonathan died 17 February 1759 at 78 years of age. He married Sarah Round 26 November 1703 in Of Swansea, Bristol, Mass.
