He married three times. He married Mary Wells 1642 in Barnstable, Barnstable, Ma (?). He married Rose Mrs Hyllier 3 November 1648. He married Rose Hillier 3 November 1648 in Barnstable, Barnstable, Ma (?). Rose was born 1616 in England. Rose died 1687 in Barnstable, MA, at 71 years of age.

Thomas Huckins and Rose Hillier had the following children:

+ 2704 i. John¹² Huckins was born 2 August 1649.

4146 ii. Thomas Huckins was born in Barnstable, Barnstable, MA 25 April 1651. Thomas died 2 March 1730 in Barnstable, Barnstable, MA, at 78 years of age. He married twice. He married Hannah Chipman 1 May 1680 in Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts. Hannah was born 14 January 1658 in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA. Hannah was the daughter of John Chipman and Hope Howland. Hannah died 4 November 1696 in Barnstable, Barnstable, MA, at 38 years of age. He married Sarah Pope 17 August 1698.

4147 iii. Hannah Huckins was born in Barnstable, MA 14 October 1653. Hannah died 13 February 1727 in Barnstable, MA, at 73 years of age. She married twice. She married John Gorham 24 February 1673. She married James Gorham 24 February 1673/1674 in Barnstable, Mass.

4148 iv. Joseph Huckins was born in Barnstable, Barnstable, Ma (?) 21 February 1655. Joseph died 29 November 1679 in at sea, at 24 years of age.
