1856. Mary¹¹ Mayes (Jonathan¹² May, Samuel¹³, John¹⁴) was born in Hingham, Plymouth, MA 3 September 1687. Mary died 10 January 1760 at 72 years of age.

She married Daniel Hersey 28 December 1710 in Hingham, Plymouth, MA. Daniel was born 23 April 1682 in Hingham, Plymouth, MA. Daniel was the son of John Hersey and Sarah Richards. Daniel died 20 May 1766 at 84 years of age. (See Daniel Hersey for the children resulting from this marriage.)
