He married three times. He married Christian Moulb 6 May 1696 in Middletown, Connecticut. He married Christian Mould 6 May 1696 in New London, New London, Conn. Christian was born 8 May 1670/1677 in New London, New London, CT. Christian was the daughter of Hugh Mould and Martha Coit. Christian died 16 October 1719 in Middletown, Middlesex, CT, at 48 years of age. He married Elizabeth Whitmore 26 November 1726.

Captain William Savage and Christian Mould had the following children:

1575 i. Martha¹⁰ Savage was born in Middletown, Middlesex, CT 10 June 1697. She married twice. She married Jacob White 15 May 1729 in Middletown, Middlesex, Connecticut. She married Jonathan Riley 16 November 1739.

1576 ii. (Deacon) William Savage was born in Middletown, Middlesex, CT 18 September 1699. (Deacon) died 15 April 1774 in Middletown, Middlesex, CT, at 74 years of age. He married Sarah Savage 2 June 1726 in Middletown, Middlesex, CT.

1577 iii. Christian Savage was born in Middletown, Middlesex, CT 7 May 1702. Christian died 12 September 1758 at 56 years of age. She married Samuel Shepard 10 January 1732/1733.

1578 iv. Hannah Savage was born in Middletown, Middlesex, CT 21 November 1704. Hannah died 22 January 1748/1749 at 44 years of age. She married William Savage 6 November 1729 in Middletown, Middlesex, Conn.

+ 981 v. Sarah Savage was born 27 February 1708/1709.

1579 vi. Joseph Savage was born in Middletown, Middlesex, CT 21 September 1711. Joseph died 14 December 1755 at 44 years of age. He married twice. He married Prudence Stow. He married Mary Whitmore 11 January 1732/1733.
