He married Jerusha Warner 26 October 1748 in Wolcott, New Haven, CT. Jerusha was born 13 December 1727 in Plymouth, Litchfield, CT. Jerusha was the daughter of Obidiah Warner and Sarah Lewis. Jerusha died 13 September 1819 in Wolcott, New Haven, CT, at 91 years of age.

963 i. Jared⁹ Harrison was born in Wolcott, New Haven, CT 13 October 1749. Jared died 21 January 1810 at 60 years of age. He married Hannah. Hannah was born about 1750.

964 iii. Samuel Harrison was born in Wolcott, New Haven, CT 15 March 1753. He married Phoebe. Phoebe was born about 1755.

965 iv. David Harrison was born in Wolcott, New Haven, CT 3 December 1756. David died 5 April 1820 at 63 years of age. He married twice. He married Lydia Hotchkiss. Lydia was born about 1760. Lydia died 25 July 1838 at 78 years of age. He married Hepzebah Roberts 10 December 1778. Hepzebah was born about 1756 in CT. Hepzebah died 28 August 1793 at 37 years of age.

966 v. John Harrison was born in Wolcott, New Haven, CT 3 December 1758. John died 10 November 1776 in Wolcott, New Haven, CT, at 17 years of age.

967 vi. Aaron Harrison was born in Wolcott, New Haven, CT about 1760. Aaron died 1808 in New Haven, New Haven, CT, at 48 years of age.

968 vii. Lucy Harrison was born in Wolcott, New Haven, CT 1 March 1762. Lucy died 1825 at 63 years of age. She married Nathan Gillette 16 April 1779 in Windsor, Hartford, CT. Nathan was born 29 September 1755 in Of Windsor, Hartford, CT. Nathan was the son of Zaccheus Gillette and Ruth Phelps. Nathan died 6 July 1835 in Tallmadge, OH, at 79 years of age.

969 viii. Lydia Harrison was born in Wolcott, New Haven, CT 1766. Lydia died 27 September 1796 at 30 years of age. She married John Potter Dr. 27 September 1783. John was born about 1760 in Southington, Hartford, CT. John was the son of Joel Potter and Rhoda.
