1038. Phebe¹⁰ Harrington (Issac¹¹, Daniel¹², Daniel¹³, Robert¹⁴) was born in Grafton, Worcester, MA 25 May 1740. Phebe died 6 March 1812 in Marlborough, Windham, VT, at 71 years of age.

She married twice. She married Samuel Whitney 1762 in Grafton, Worcester, Massachusetts. Samuel was born 23 September 1739 in Weston, Middlesex, MA. Samuel was the son of Samuel Whitney and Elizabeth Hastings. Samuel died 1 February 1811 in Marlborough, Windham, VT, at 71 years of age. She married Samual Whitney 2 September 1762 in Grafton, Massachusetts.
