58. Thomas Jefferson⁵ Ramsdell (Levi⁶, Timothy⁷, Ebenezer⁸, Nathaniel⁹, Nathaniel¹⁰, Isaac¹¹, Isaac¹², John¹³) was born in Lubec, Washington, ME 13 November 1859. Thomas died 6 June 1953 in Hampden, Penobscot, ME, at 93 years of age. His body was interred in South Paris, Oxford, ME.

He married twice. He married Katherine Mary Ellis 13 May 1896 in Calais, Washington, ME. Katherine was born 28 December 1876 in South Paris, Oxford, ME. Katherine was the daughter of Simon Robbins Ellis and Charlotte Elizabeth Chase. Katherine died 19 December 1906 in Caribou, Aroostook, ME, at 29 years of age. Her body was interred in South Paris, Oxford, ME. He married Minetta Joy Kitchen 30 December 1908. Minetta was born 14 April 1880 in Jacksontown, New Brunswick, Canada. Minetta was the daughter of William Kitchen and Mary H.. Minetta died 17 May 1954 in Hampden, ME, at 74 years of age. Her body was interred in South Paris, Oxford, ME. He graduated from Colby College in 1886, Newton Theological Seminary in 1889, and received a Doctorate of Divinity from Colby College in 1912. Thomas held pastorates in Maine at South Paris, Caribou, Calais, Charlestown and Burnham. He retired on 24 March 1939 after 50 years service. One of his most outstanding career achievements involved presiding over the meeting on 8 Oct, 1915 which fused the Maine Baptists and the Freewill Baptists into the United Baptists, split since 1780.

59 i. Paul Louis⁴ Ramsdell was born in South Paris, Oxford, ME 18 October 1898. Paul died 4 June 1996 in Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada, at 97 years of age. He married Eva Gertrude Greenlaw 24 July 1922 in Bayside, New Brunswick, Canada. Eva was born 25 OCT. Eva died 31 May 1984 in Charleston, Penobscot, ME. Her body was interred 2 June 1984 in Charleston, Penobscot, ME. He is buried at Charleston, Penobscot Co., Maine.

60 ii. Amy Ramsdell was born in South Paris, Oxford, ME 14 September 1899. Amy died 19 September 1900 in South Paris, Oxford, ME, at 1 year of age.

+ 25 iii. Charlotte Ramsdell was born 2 September 1901.

61 iv. Donald Ramsdell was born in Caribou, Aroostook, ME 9 December 1905. Donald died April 1989 at 83 years of age. He married twice. He married Katherine Veronica Varin 2 September 1933. Katherine was born about 1905. He married Anna Mary Kauffman 16 November 1945 in Hartford, Hartford, CT. Anna was born about 1910.

62 v. Ruth Evangel Ramsdell was born in Caribou, Aroostook, ME 7 September 1911. She married twice. She married Calvin Hutchinson 18 August 1933 in Rumney, NH. Calvin was born about 1910. She married Orin Englebert Elfstrom 18 June 1950. Orin was born 1907. Orin died 1989 at 82 years of age.
